Dinner with friends

On January 30, we were able to meet up with our friends the Simcoxs for dinner and playdate for both the kiddos and the adults. Emma and Tyler love playing together. They played so well together, even posing together at one point. Of course, we didn't have the camera ready for the posing, but here are a few pictures from the evening.

Their favorite toy that night was a blue measuring cup. They kept taking it from one another, but there were no tears and no real fighting. It was just a give and take game they both enjoyed playing!

After dinner we put the kids down to sleep. They both conked out pretty quickly. The adults then enjoyed a little Wiens white port - sooo strong but sooo yummy, and then played the game Buzz for Playstation. My humble husband was incredible at the game, kicking all of our behinds. It didn't matter where he was in the last round, he won all four times. I'm afraid we may never be invited back because of his boastful behavior! =)
